Installation of wind turbines
Installation of wind turbines is divided into the following phases:
Reception and inspection of all components and materials arriving on site, prior to unloading them;
Interior erection, which may encompass medium-voltage work within the towers; and
Finishing work, including cleaning, painting , corrosion protection, etc.
All steps are important. However, depending on the perspective and needs of each customer, some may be more important than others. We know our customers and adapt our strategy to the needs of each, and to their commitments to their end customers, in turn. We, also have, "tool containers" with all the tools required to install all the types of wind turbines with which we work.
What seems easy, may actually not be, and could well call a project into question. As a result of our long experience we know how to assess the characteristics of each wind turbine, the location where it will be installed, the weather conditions and characteristics of the lifting gear and transport equipment to be used, in order to perform proper risk management and to outline a strategy enabling our clients to meet their goals.
Putting the turbines into production and injecting electricity energy into the grid is the embodiment of the ultimate goal for which the turbines are designed, manufactured, transported to the site and, lastly, installed. This is where the return on investment begins for their owner. This is where the life of the wind turbines starts, a life that we want to be a long one.
This mission requires thorough knowledge of the wind turbines and of the relevant technical documentation. Everything one does, any problem that is not detected during this stage may influence the working life of the wind turbine.

Operation and maintenance | O&M
The great challenge of the wind-farm industry is to achieve a working life of 20 to 25 years or more for the wind turbines that it installs, in terms of operability, profitability and availability in keeping with the conditions agreed at the time of sale.
But the challenge is not only technical. Because wind farms are not always installed in areas where skilled labour abounds, suited to the specifics and requirements of the wind-farm industry, there is another challenge: the human challenge.
How to find, motivate, train and keep up-to-date the technical staff required for Operation and Maintenance tasks?
How to check and supervise the work, and define self-control strategies for the technical staff?
How to prevent technical staff falling into routine?
How to achieve all this, when the wind farms are hundreds or thousands of miles from the command/control centre?

Rotor blade service
The blades... There are still wind turbines with just two blades, though three is normal. Elegant and fragile, but able to withstand fantastic forces. It is on them, and their aerodynamic characteristics, that much of the performance of the wind turbine depends. By the blades you gain, by the blades you lose...
The initial characteristics of the blades change over time: Either for the dirt that accumulates, Or the lightning they suffer, Or because they are targeted by poachers, Or because they suffer structural damage, at some stage of their transport or hoisting, Etc.
Failure to correct blade problems leads to the inevitable decline of the efficiency of the wind turbine. Here too, our customers rely on us!!!
